Situated near the Blackwall Tunnel, this landmark project provides 133 residential units, 25 luxury penthouses and retail space, in three blocks of 6, 10 and 25 storeys high.
All blocks are of insitu concrete construction on piled foundations. Extensive computer modelling using finite element analysis techniques has been employed enabling economic design of the reinforced concrete frame construction, and accurate lateral stability analysis and sway prediction, particularly for the taller block.
